The customer has the right to return the purchased products within 14 calendar days from the moment of receipt at his own expense, indicating the return reason. In case of not returning the product(s) within 14 days, the company ELMET NAYROZOGLOY may not accept any return or replacement of the product(s).

The products you want to return should be in excellent condition, in closed package. The goods are in your responsibility until they reach our warehouses, so you must make sure that they are properly packaged and cannot be damaged on the road. In case a product is returned in unsuitable condition then it will be returned to you.

In case of return, you undertake the direct cost of returning the products, according to par. 10 of article 4 of Law N. 2251/1994. In the event that the reason for the return concerns a mistake of our company, we make the commitment to bear the cost of return, provided that the return has been made with the cooperating shipping company Ioannina Transport Cooperative. As soon as the products are send, the Company receives them within 2 working days and through the Ioannina Transport Cooperative . In case you choose other shipping companies, we cannot provide any guarantee for the delivery times of the products you return to us. In case you choose to send them by post, it must be done by the method of "registered", otherwise we cannot receive your return.

In any case, the return of your online order is possible under the following conditions:

• Before taking any action, you should contact the online store at 26510 92021 (Mon - Fri, 09:00 - 16:00)
• The products must be in excellent condition, unused, without removing the special markings (e.g. labels) and placed in their original packaging.
• Along with the products, you must include all the documents that accompanied them (e.g. retail receipt, invoice and delivery note or change card).
• The return will be accepted, only if you have previously paid any amount charged to the Company for the shipment of the products and the shipping costs for their return.

When the products are received, they will be checked for their condition and if the terms of the Company's return policy are met, a credit note of equal value will be issued immediately in order to use it in your next purchase (in this case, you must report to the new online order in the "Comments" field that there is a credit balance). In case you want a refund, the Company is obliged to return to you within 14 calendar days the price received for the returned products by depositing in your own account, noting the IBAN, name of the beneficiary and the bank to which it relates.
